Alpine Hippie Juice

(Based on a drink by Snack Boys, Milwaukee)

Shake with ice:

1.25 oz Averell Damson Gin

.75 oz cognac

.75 oz Zirbenz

.5 oz grapefruit juice

.5 oz lime juice

Strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a rosemary sprig.

Aunt Cathy’s Old Time Potion

Stir with ice:

3 oz dry red wine

1 oz Averell Damson Gin

0.5 oz Aperitivo Cappelletti

1 dash Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters

1 dash Fee Brothers Cardamom Bitters

2 dashes orange bitters

Strain into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with an orange twist.

Cayuga Cup

Build in a collins glass filled with ice:

2 oz Averell Damson Gin

3 oz ginger ale, lemon soda, orange soda or lime soda

Garnish with seasonal fruit, a slice of cucumber, and a lemon wedge.

Clingstone Club

Dry shake:

1 oz Averell Damson Plum Gin Liqueur

0.5 oz Nux Alpina Walnut Liqueur

0.75 oz simple syrup

0.75 oz lemon juice

1 egg white

Shake again with ice and strain into a coupe.

Garnish with a lemon twist.

1 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambéry

1 oz Salers Gentian Apéritif

Strain into a double rocks glass filled with ice.

Dry shake:

3 oz Averell Damson Gin

0.5 oz lemon juice

0.5 oz simple syrup

1 egg white

Shake again with ice.

Strain into a coupe.

Build in a collins glass filled with ice:

2 oz Averell Damson Gin

0.25 oz lemon juice

4 oz club soda

Damson-Pisco Sour

Dry shake:

1 oz Averell Damson Gin

1 oz pisco

0.5 oz lime juice

0.5 oz agave nectar

1 egg white

Shake again with ice.

Strain into a coupe.

Garnish with Chuncho Amargo bitters dropped into the foam and swirled.

Damson Royale

Stir with ice:

1 oz Averell Damson Gin

0.5 oz lemon juice

Strain into a flute.

Top with 3 oz sparkling wine.

Garnish with lemon peel.

Damson Syrup

Combine:

6 oz Averell Damson Gin

6 oz white sugar

Stir to dissolve.

Lakeview Sour

Shake with ice:

1 oz Averell Damson Gin

1 oz John D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum

1 oz Angostura Bitters

0.75 oz lemon juice

Fine strain into small coupe.

Garnish with lemon peel.

Shake with ice:

1 oz KRONAN Swedish Punsch

0.75 oz Averell Damson Gin

0.75 oz lime juice

Strain into a coupe.

Northside Fizz

Shake with ice:

2 oz Averell Damson Gin

0.75 oz simple syrup

0.75 oz lime juice

5 mint leaves

Fine strain over ice in collins glass.

Garnish with healthy mint sprig.

Pitty Pitty

Stir with ice:

1.5 oz Averell Damson Gin

1.5 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry

2 dashes grapefruit bitters

Strain into coupe.

Garnish with lemon peel.

Plum Negroni

1 oz Mattei Cap Corse Blanc Quinquina

0.75 oz Comoz Blanc Vermouth de Chambèry

Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a basil leaf.

Plum Palmer

Build over ice in a bar glass and stir gently:

3 oz unsweetened black tea

3 oz fresh lemonade

1 oz Averell Damson Gin

1 oz vodka

Garnish with lemon wheel.

Pruned Plume

Shake with ice:

1.5 oz Averell Damson Gin

1 oz bourbon

0.5 oz Amaro Sfumato

Strain over ice in rocks glass.

Garnish with lemon twist.

Purple Globe

Stir with ice:

1.5 oz Hayman’s London Dry Gin

0.75 oz Averell Damson Gin

0.75 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro

Strain into a coupe.

Garnish with a lemon peel.

1.5 oz Rittenhouse 100-proof Bonded Rye

1.5 oz Averell Damson Plum Gin Liqueur

4 drops saline solution

Strain into a cocktail glass.

Scobey Doo

Build in a highball glass:

1.5 oz Averell Damson Gin

4 oz kombucha

Stir and add ice.

Garnish with a rosemary sprig.

Build in warmed mug:

1/2 tbsp sugar or honey

6 oz Rooibos Tea

Garnish with a cinnamon stick, and stir frequently

0.5 oz lemon juice

Double-strain into a coupe.

0.75 oz Blume Marillen Apricot Eau-de-Vie

0.75 oz Cocchi Americano Bianco

0.5 oz lemon juice

Strain into a coupe.

Top with 1 oz sparkling wine.

Garnish with a lemon peel.

Trumpeter Swan

Build in a warmed mug or glass:

2 oz Averell Damson Plum Gin Liqueur

1 tsp St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram

1 tsp raw honey

6 oz hot black tea

Garnish with squeeze of lemon.
