0.25 oz simple syrup

Add:
3-4 oz Cocchi Brachetto d’Acqui
Lemon twist expressed and discarded.

Build in a highball glass filled with ice:
1 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro
4 oz seltzer
Garnish with lemon peel
