Hanky Panky 2018

Stir with ice:
1.5 oz Barr Hill Gin
0.75 oz Carpano Antica Formula
0.75 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro
0.25 oz Fernet Branca
2 dashes Bittermens Burlesque Bitters
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange twist.

Little Dolomite

Build in a double rocks glass with ice:
1.5 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro
1.5 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
Garnish with cucumber slice & thyme sprig

Parliament of Owls

Stir with ice:
2 oz Boukman Rhum
0.5 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro
0.25 oz Tamworth Distilling Tamarind Cordial
0.25 Demerara simple syrup (1:1)
Strain into a double rocks glass. Garnish with kumquat.

Pasubio & Coke

Build in a tall glass filled with ice:
2 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro
4 oz Coca Cola (preferably from Mexico)
Garnish with a lemon squeeze

Pasubio 52

Stir with ice:
1 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro
0.75 oz Salers Gentian Apéritif
0.75 oz zwetschenwasser
Strain into a coupe.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

Pedicab

Shake with ice:
1 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro
1 oz The Real McCoy Rum 5 Years
0.25 oz Ricard
0.25 oz Marie Brizard White Cacao
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.25 oz simple syrup
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Double-strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange twist.

Return of the King Cocktail

Stir with ice:
2 oz single grain scotch or bourbon
0.5 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro
0.5 oz Punt e Mes
Strain into a coupe.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

Scalatore

Stir with ice:
1 oz bourbon
1 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro
1 oz Miró Rojo Vermut de Reus
Strain into a coupe.
Garnish with an orange twist.
