Pasubio Vino Amaro

Barbarella

(adapted from Kellie Thorn, Atlanta)

Shake with ice:

1 oz vodka (preferably St. George)

1 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro

0.75 oz lemon juice

0.25 oz simple syrup

Double strain into a chilled flute.

Add:

3-4 oz Cocchi Brachetto d’Acqui

Lemon twist expressed and discarded.

Berry to Ferry

Build in a highball glass filled with ice:

1 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro

1 oz Cap Corse Mattei Blanc

4 oz seltzer

Garnish with lemon peel

Grillin’ ’n’ Chillin’

Build in a highball glass filled with ice:

1.5 oz bourbon

1.5 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro

0.5 oz lemon juice

Top with 3 oz club soda.

Garnish with a lemon peel.

Little Dolomite

Build in a double rocks glass with ice:

1.5 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro

1.5 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth

Garnish with cucumber slice & thyme sprig

Lower Heights

Stir with ice:

2 oz Cardamaro

1 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Strain into a coupe.

Garnish with an orange peel.

Merry Berries

Stir with ice:

0.5 oz Hayman’s Sloe Gin

0.5 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro

Strain into a flute.

Fill with sparkling wine.

Garnish with a grapefruit peel.

My One and Only Blue

Build in a rocks glass filled with ice:

1.5 oz bourbon

1.5 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro

Stir to combine.

Garnish with an orange peel.

Pasubio & Coke

Build in a tall glass filled with ice:

2 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro

4 oz Coca Cola (preferably from Mexico)

Garnish with a lemon squeeze

.75 oz Salers Gentian Apéritif

.75 oz zwetschenwasser

Strain into a coupe.

Build in a warm mug:

2 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro

0.75 oz simple syrup

0.5 oz lemon juice

5 oz hot water

Stir continually with a cinnamon stick garnish.

1 oz The Real McCoy Rum 5 Years

0.25 oz Ricard

0.25 oz Marie Brizard White Cacao

0.5 oz lemon juice
