Prepare a snifter filled with crushed ice.

Combine in a shaker:

1 oz Smith & Cross Traditional Jamaica Rum

1 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach Liqueur

0.5 oz lime juice

0.33 oz Cynar

0.125 oz simple syrup (1:1)

1 Dash Angostura Bitters

1 Dash Peychaud’s bitters

Shake with ice.

Strain into the prepared glass.

Garnish with an orange peel.

Auvergne Summer

Build in a collins glass:

1.5 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach Liqueur

1.5 oz Salers Gentian Apéritif

1.5 oz club soda

Stir.

Add ice.

Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Garnish with a grapefruit twist (discard the peel).

Brandy Mist

Stir with ice

2 oz cognac

0.5 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach

0.5 oz simple syrup

1 dash aromatic bitters

Strain over cracked ice in metal julep cup or similar cup

Garnish generously with mint sprigs

Build in a collins glass:

1 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach Liqueur

8 oz wheat beer

Garnish with a lemon peel.

Core Reviver

Shake with ice:

0.75 oz Blended Scotch

0.75 oz Mattei Rouge

0.75 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach

0.75 oz lemon juice

Strain into a coupe.

Garnish with a cherry.

The Delicious Sour

Shake with ice:

1.5 oz Calvados

1 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach

0.75 oz lemon juice

0.25 oz rich simple syrup

1 egg white

Strain off ice, then dry shake

Strain into collins glass with 0.5 oz club soda in bottom of glass

Garnish with dehydrated apple slice or fresh peach slice

Shake with ice:

0.75 oz blanco tequila

0.75 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach Liqueur

0.75 oz Cocchi Americano Bianco

0.75 oz lemon juice

Double-strain into a coupe.

Garnish with lemon peel.

Build in punch bowl:

8 oz Matifoc Rancio Sec

3 oz lemon juice

3 oz cinnamon syrup

0.5 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach Liqueur

5 oz chilled water

Stir to combine.

Add:

1 block of ice

1 bottle lambrusco

Stir to combine.

Garnish with lemon wheels.

Garnish with thyme.

Prepare a double rocks glass rinsed with Pernod.

Shake with ice:

1.5 oz pisco

0.75 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach Liqueur

2 dashes orange bitters

Strain into the prepared glass.

Garnish with lemon peel.

Blend:

6 oz crushed ice

1 oz light rum

0.5 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach

2 oz diced pineapple

1 oz honey syrup

0.5 oz lime juice

12-15 mint leaves

Pour into pearl diver glass

Garnish with mint sprig

Peach Cobbler

Shake with ice:

2 oz Matifoc Rancio Sec

1 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach Liqueur

3 swathes grapefruit peel

1 bar spoon superfine sugar

Strain into a julep cup filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with berries, peach slices and mint.

Peach Whiskey Sour

Dry shake:

1.5 oz bourbon

1 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach Liqueur

0.75 oz lemon juice

0.5 oz simple syrup

1 egg white

Shake again with ice.

Strain into a double rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish with an orange peel.

Pickled Peach Cooler

Build in a goblet filled with ice:

2.5 oz Timbal Vermut de Reus Extra Dry

0.5 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach liqueur

3 oz club soda

Garnish with a lemon peel.

The Real Deal

(variation on the Brown Bomber, Jim Meehan, PDT, New York City)

Stir with ice:

2 oz bourbon

0.75 oz Cocchi Americano Bianco

0.5 oz Salers Gentian Apéritif

0.25 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach Liqueur

1 dash grapefruit bitters

Strain into a coupe.

Garnish with a grapefruit twist (discard the peel).

Rumshack Punch

Combine in pitcher:

4 oz Smith & Cross Traditional Jamaica Rum

4 oz overproof Jamaican white rum

2 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach Liqueur

2 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Elderberry Liqueur

3 oz peach puree

8 oz pineapple juice

4 oz lime juice

1 oz rich syrup

1 tsp peychaud’s bitters

Add ice.

Add 14 oz coconut water.

Stir to combine.

Garnish with pineapple wedges and mint sprigs.

2 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa

1 oz Hayman’s Old Tom Gin

0.5 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach Liqueur

1 oz orange juice

.25 oz grenadine

Strain into a collins glass filled with ice.

The Three Skyhooks

Stir with ice:

1 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa

1 oz Becherovka

0.25 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach Liqueur

1 dash orange bitters

Strain into a double rocks glass filled with ice.

Top with 2 oz tonic water.

Garnish with a grapefruit peel.

Ultimate Peach Margarita

Prepare a double rocks glass half-rimmed with salt and filled with ice.

Shake with ice:

1.75 oz blanco tequila

1.25 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach Liqueur

0.75 oz lime juice

Double-strain into the prepared glass.

Garnish with a peach slice, sprinkled with chili salt.
