Stir with ice:

1.5 oz bourbon

0.75 oz Cardamaro

0.5 oz Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro

Strain into coupe or double rocks glass. Garnish with cherry.

Campfire Sour

Shake with ice:

1.5 oz Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro

1.5 oz 90-proof bourbon

0.5 oz lemon juice

Strain into a double rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Charming Man

Stir with ice:

1 oz Amaro Sfumato

1 oz anejo tequila

1 oz cream sherry

2 dashes mole bitters

Strain into rocks glass over ice.

Garnish with orange peel.

Draft of Smoke

Build in a pint glass:

2 oz Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro

12 oz grapefruit Radler (or grapefruit IPA)

1 oz Hayman’s Royal Dock Navy Strength Gin

1 oz Timbal Vermut de Reus Sweet Red

Shake with ice:

1.5 oz Averell Damson Gin

1 oz bourbon

0.5 oz Amaro Sfumato

Strain over ice in rocks glass.

1 bar spoon Rabarbaro Sfumato

5 drops Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters

1 mint sprig

Stir with ice:

2 oz Plantation Pineapple Original Dark Rum

1/2 oz Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro

1 dash orange bitters

Strain into coupe or double rocks glass.
