Another False Alarm

(Adapted from Ivy Mix)

Shake with ice:

1 oz pisco

1 oz Aperitivo Mazzura

0.25 oz Etter Raspberry

0.50 oz lemon juice

0.50 oz simple syrup

2 dashes peychaud’s bitters

Fine strain over ice in wine glass.

Add 2 oz sparkling wine.

Garnish with 3 fresh raspberries.

Appennini Spritz

Build in rocks glass with ice:

1 oz Cocchi Barolo Chinato

1 oz Aperitivo Mazzura

2 oz dry sparkling wine

Garnish with orange slice

Arrowhead Limited

Build in a highball glass filled with ice:

1 oz Timbal Vermut de Reus Sweet Red

0.5 oz Aperitivo Mazzura

0.5 oz mezcal

Stir.

Top with 3 oz IPA.

Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

Bicicletta

Build in wine glass with ice:

2 oz Aperitivo Mazzura

3 oz dry white wine

1 oz soda or seltzer

Garnish with orange slice

Shake with ice:

0.75 oz Hayman’s London Dry Gin

0.75 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Pear Liqueur

0.75 oz Aperitivo Mazzura

0.75 oz lime juice

Strain into a coupe.

Day Trip

1.5 oz Mazzura Aperitivo

0.75 oz lime juice

0.5 oz pineapple gum syrup

0.25 oz passion fruit liqueur

Pour into highball glass.

Add 3 oz Belgian-style wheat beer.

Garnish with lime wedge.

Full Bore Spritz

Build in a wine glass filled with ice:

1.5 oz Aperitivo Mazzura

.5 oz Cocchi Americano Bianco

4 oz club soda

Stir to combine

Garnish with an orange peel.

The Italian Job

Stir with ice:

0.75 oz. Smith & Cross

0.75 oz. Cocchi Americano

0.75 oz. Aperitivo Mazzura

0.75 oz. Byrrh

2 dashes orange bitters

Strain into a cocktail glass. Spritz orange peel and discard.

Jungle Bird

Shake with ice:

1.50 oz Smith & Cross Jamaican Rum

0.75 oz Aperitivo Mazzura

1.50 oz pineapple juice

0.50 oz lime juice

0.50 oz simple syrup

Strain over crushed ice in double old fashioned glass

Garnish with pineapple wedge

To a collins glass add:

2 oz Aperitivo Mazzura

Fill with ice

In a blender, pulse for 2-4 seconds:

4 oz orange juice

Pour into collins glass

Garnish with orange wedge

Milano-Torino Sour

Dry shake:

1 oz Aperitivo Mazzura

1 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry

0.75 oz grapefruit juice

0.50 oz simple syrup

0.50 oz lime juice

Stir with ice:

1 oz Aperitivo Mazzura

1 oz rye whiskey

1 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry

Strain into coupe glass

Garnish with orange peel

Reus Boulevard

Stir with ice:

1 oz rye whiskey

1 oz Aperitivo Mazzura

1 oz Timbal Vermut de Reus Sweet Red

Strain into a double rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish with an orange twist.

1 oz Aperitivo Mazzura

1 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry

1 oz lime juice

0.75 oz simple syrup

Fine strain into highball glass over ice.

Top with 2.5 oz club soda.

Garnish with orange wheel.

Sbagliato Rosa

Stir with ice:

1 oz Aperitivo Mazzura

1 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa

Strain into rocks glass over ice.

Add 2 oz sparkling rosé.

Garnish with orange peel.

Shadow Boxer

Stir with ice:

1.5 oz cachaca

1 oz Aperitivo Mazzura

0.75 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry

0.25 oz Blume Marillen Apricot Eau de Vie

0.25 oz grapefruit liqueur

2 dashes peychaud's bitters

Strain into rocks glass over ice.

Garnish with orange peel.

Steal my Sunshine

2 oz club soda

1.25 oz vodka

0.5 oz Aperitivo Mazzura

0.25 oz Salers Gentiane

2 oz orange juice

Stir to combine.
