Another False Alarm

(Adapted from Ivy Mix)

Shake with ice:

1 oz pisco

1 oz Aperitivo Mazzura

0.25 oz Etter Raspberry Eau-de-Vie

0.5 oz lemon juice

0.5 oz simple syrup

2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Fine strain over ice in wine glass.

Add 2 oz sparkling wine.

Garnish with 3 fresh raspberries.

Continental Breakfast Martini

(Adapted from Salvatore Calabrese)

Dry shake:

1 oz Hayman’s London Dry Gin

0.5 oz Etter Raspberry Eau-de-Vie

0.5 oz orange liqueur

0.5 oz lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon curd

Shake with ice.

Fine strain into cocktail glass.

Garnish with orange peel and 2 raspberries.

Hail Mary

Shake with ice:

1 oz blanco tequila

0.75 oz Salers Gentian Apéritif

0.5 oz lemon juice

0.5 oz rich syrup

0.25 oz Etter Raspberry Eau-de-Vie

0.25 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur

1 dash Regan’s Orange Bitters

3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Fine strain into cocktail coupe.

Add 2 oz cava.

Garnish with grapefruit peel.

Himbeere Buck

Build in collins glass:

1.5 oz bourbon

0.5 oz Etter Raspberry

0.5 oz lime juice

3 oz ginger beer

Garnish with raspberry

Garnish with mint sprig

Shake with ice.

1 oz vodka

0.5 oz Etter Raspberry Eau-de-Vie

0.75 oz triple sec

0.75 oz lime juice

0.75 oz cranberry juice

Fine strain into cocktail coupe.

Knickerbocker Highball

Build in highball glass:

1 oz The Scarlet Ibis Trinidad Rum

0.5 oz Etter Raspberry Eau-de-Vie

1 tsp curaçao

Add ice.

Top with 3 oz soda.

Garnish with lime wheel.

Prince Henry Punch

(Pablo Moix, Los Angeles, CA)

Shake with ice:

0.75 oz Meunier Genepy 'Altitude' Liqueur

0.75 oz The Scarlet Ibis Trinidad Rum

0.75 oz rhum agricole

0.75 oz lime juice

0.5 oz gomme syrup

1 bar spoon Etter Raspberry Eau-de-Vie

6 dashes Angostura Bitters

Fine strain into old fashioned glass over crushed ice.

Garnish with mint.

Prudential Punch

(Adapted from Joaquín Símo, NYC)

Build in punch bowl:

24 oz vodka

8 oz Etter Raspberry Eau-de-Vie

12 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa

18 oz lemon juice

18 oz grapefruit juice

24 oz rich pineapple syrup

10 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Stir to combine.

Add large cubes ice.

Top with 36 oz club soda.

Garnish with lemon wheels, half grapefruit wheels, and raspberries.

Raspberry Mule

Build in collins glass:

1.5 oz vodka

0.5 oz Etter Raspberry Eau-de-Vie

0.75 oz lime juice

Add crushed ice.

Add 3 oz ginger beer

Stir.

Garnish with lime wedge.

Raspberry Rickey

Shake with ice:

1 oz Hayman’s Royal Dock Navy Strength Gin

0.5 oz Etter Raspberry Eau-de-Vie

0.5 oz lime juice

0.25 oz simple syrup

Fine strain into highball glass.

Add ice.

Top with 3 oz club soda.

Garnish with lime twist.

Russian Spring Punch

(Adapted from Dick Bradsell)

Shake with ice:

7 raspberries

1.5 oz vodka

0.25 oz Etter Raspberry Eau-de-Vie

0.25 oz crème de cassis

0.75 oz lemon juice

0.5 oz rich syrup

Fine strain into double collins glass with crushed ice.

Top with 1.5 oz sparkling wine.

Stir.

Garnish with lemon wheel and raspberry.

Stinger Highball

Build in highball glass:

1.5 oz cognac

0.5 oz crème de menthe

0.25 oz Etter Raspberry Eau-de-Vie

Half fill with ice.

Add 4 oz club soda.

Stir to combine.

Fill with ice.
