Shake with ice:
1 oz pisco
1 oz Aperitivo Mazzura
0.25 oz Etter Raspberry
0.50 oz lemon juice
0.50 oz simple syrup
2 dashes peychaud’s bitters
Fine strain over ice in wine glass.
Add 2 oz sparkling wine.
Garnish with 3 fresh raspberries.
Continental Breakfast Martini

Dry shake:
0.5 oz Etter Raspberry
0.5 oz orange liqueur
0.5 oz lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon curd
Shake with ice.
Fine strain into cocktail glass.
Garnish with orange peel and 2 raspberries.

1 oz blanco tequila
0.75 oz Salers Gentiane
0.5 oz lemon juice

1 dash regan’s orange bitters
3 dashes peychaud's bitters
Fine strain into cocktail coupe.
Add 2 oz cava.

3 oz ginger beer

1 tsp curacao
Add ice.
Top with 3 oz soda.

Prince Henry Punch

0.75 oz Meunier Genepy 'Altitude' Liqueur
0.75 oz Scarlet Ibis Trinidad Rum
0.75 oz rhum agricole
0.75 oz lime juice
0.5 oz gomme syrup
1 bar spoon Etter Raspberry
6 dashes Angostura bitters
Fine strain into old fashioned glass over crushed ice.
Garnish with mint.
Prudential Punch

Build in punch bowl:
24 oz vodka
8 oz Etter Raspberry
12 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa
18 oz lemon juice
18 oz grapefruit juice
24 oz rich pineapple syrup
10 dashes peychaud’s bitters
Stir to combine.
Add:
Large cubes ice
36 oz club soda
Garnish with lemon wheels.
Garnish with half grapefruit wheels.
Garnish with raspberries.
Raspberry Mule
Build in collins glass:
1.5 oz vodka
0.5 oz Etter Raspberry
0.75 oz lime juice
Add crushed ice.
Add 3 oz ginger beer
Stir.
Garnish with lime wedge.

Shake with ice:

Fine strain into highball glass.

Russian Spring Punch

Shake with ice:

1.5 oz vodka
0.25 oz Etter Raspberry
0.25 oz crème de cassis
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz rich syrup
Fine strain into double collins glass with crushed ice and 1.5 oz sparkling wine.
Stir.
Garnish with lemon wheel.
Garnish with raspberry.
Stinger Highball
Build in highball glass:
1.5 oz cognac
0.5 oz crème de menthe
0.25 oz Etter Raspberry
Half fill with ice.
Add 4 oz club soda.
Stir to combine.
