Another False Alarm

Shake with ice:

1 oz pisco

1 oz Aperitivo Mazzura

0.25 oz Etter Raspberry

0.50 oz lemon juice

0.50 oz simple syrup

2 dashes peychaud’s bitters

Fine strain over ice in wine glass.

Add 2 oz sparkling wine.

Garnish with 3 fresh raspberries.

Buck Raspberry

Build in collins glass:

1.5 oz bourbon

0.5 oz Etter Raspberry

0.5 oz lime juice

3 oz ginger beer

Garnish with raspberry

Garnish with mint sprig

Continental Breakfast Martini

Dry shake:

1 oz Hayman’s London Dry Gin

0.5 oz Etter Raspberry

0.5 oz orange liqueur

0.5 oz lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon curd

Shake with ice.

Fine strain into cocktail glass.

Garnish with orange peel and 2 raspberries.

Hail Mary

Shake with ice:

1 oz blanco tequila

0.75 oz Salers Gentiane

0.5 oz lemon juice

0.5 oz rich syrup

0.25 oz Etter Raspberry

0.25 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur

1 dash regan’s orange bitters

3 dashes peychaud's bitters

Fine strain into cocktail coupe.

Add 2 oz cava.

Garnish with grapefruit peel.

Knickerbocker Highball

Build in highball glass:

1 oz Scarlet Ibis Trinidad Rum

0.5 oz Etter Raspberry

1 teaspoon curacao

Add ice.

Top with 3 oz soda.

Garnish with lime wheel.

Prudential Punch

Build in punch bowl:

24 oz vodka

8 oz Etter Raspberry

12 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa

18 oz lemon juice

18 oz grapefruit juice

24 oz rich pineapple syrup

10 dashes peychaud’s bitters

Stir to combine.

Add:

Large cubes ice

36 oz club soda

Garnish with lemon wheels.

Garnish with half grapefruit wheels.

Garnish with raspberries.

Raspberry Mule

Build in collins glass:

1.5 oz vodka

0.5 oz Etter Raspberry

0.75 oz lime juice

Add crushed ice.

Add 3 oz ginger beer

Stir.

Garnish with lime wedge.

Raspberry Rickey

Shake with ice:

1 oz Hayman’s Royal Dock Gin

0.5 oz Etter Raspberry

0.5 oz lime juice

0.25 oz simple syrup

Fine strain into highball glass.

Add ice.

Top with 3 oz club soda.

Garnish with lime twist.

Stinger Highball

Build in highball glass:

1.5 oz cognac

0.5 oz crème de menthe

0.25 oz Etter Raspberry

Half fill with ice.

Add 4 oz club soda.

Stir to combine.

Fill with ice.
