Arnold The Bavarian

Build in double collins glass with ice:

2 oz Alpeggio Hay Liqueur

2 oz unsweetened tea

4 oz lemonade

Garnish with lemon wedge.

French Hay Ride

Shake with ice:

1 oz Calvados

1 oz Alpeggio Hay Liqueur

.5 oz lemon juice

.25 oz Nux Alpina Walnut liqueur

Double strain into chilled coupe.

Hay Good Lookin'

Shake with ice:

2 oz Alpeggio Hay Liqueur

1 oz Hayman’s Old Tom Gin

0.5 oz lemon juice

Fine strain into coupe.

Garnish with edible flower.

Hay is for Horses

Build in collins glass:

1 oz Alpeggio Hay Liqueur

8 oz American lager

Hay Now, Hay Now

Stir with ice:

1.5 oz Alpeggio Hay Liqueur

0.75 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino ‘Storico’

0.75 oz single barrel rye whiskey

Strain into a double rocks glass over large ice cube.

Hayback

Pour in a shot glass:

1.5 oz Alpeggio Hay Liqueur

Serve.

1.5 oz Alpeggio Hay Liqueur

1.5 oz Manzanilla (or Fino Sherry)

1 pinch kosher salt

Fine strain into Nick and Nora glass.

Garnish with olives.
