1.5 oz Saveiro Madeira

0.25 oz maraschino liqueur

1 dash orange bitters

Strain into coupe.

Garnish with 2 maraschino cherries.

Flip It and Reverse It

Dry shake:

2 oz Saveiro Madeira

0.75 oz half-and-half

0.5 oz maple syrup

1 whole egg

Shake again with ice.

Strain into a coupe.

Garnish with grated nutmeg

In Vino Veritas

Stir with ice:

1 oz rye whiskey

1 oz Aperitivo Cappelletti

1 oz Saveiro ‘Vento do Oeste’ Madeira

Strain into coupe.

Garnish with orange peel.
