Build in a collins glass with ice:

1.5 oz London Dry Gin

1.5 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Quince Liqueur

3 oz Green Tea

Stir.

Garnish with lemon peel.

Shake with ice:

2 oz Pisco

0.5 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Quince

1 oz lemon juice

0.25 oz orange oleo saccharum

Egg white substitute

Fine strain into cocktail glass

Garnish with edible flower

Kinsley

Shake with ice:

1.5 oz Vodka

.75 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Quince Liqueur

.5 oz Etter Quince

1 oz lemon juice

.5 oz honey syrup

Fine strain into cocktail glass.

Passion Project Hiball

Build in double collins glass:

1.5 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Quince

Fill with ice

7.5 oz passionfruit seltzer

Stir to combine

Garnish with lemon twist

Build in flute:

2 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Quince Liqueur

0.25 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth

1 dash orange bitters

Top with sparkling wine.

Garnish with rosemary sprig.

Quincessential Margarita

Prepare double rocks glass with salted rim.

Shake with ice:

1.5 oz Reposado Tequila

1 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Quince Liqueur

0.75 oz lemon juice

0.25 oz agave syrup (or rich honey Syrup)

1/2 teaspoon St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram

Fine strain over ice.

Garnish with lime wheel.

Royal Garden Tea

Build in a double rocks glass filled with ice:

3 oz green tea

2 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Quince Liqueur

Stir.

Garnish with lemon peel.

1 oz calvados
