0.75 oz oat milk

0.5 oz cream

Strain into chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.

0.5 oz Sevez Honey Lavender Liqueur

0.75 oz lemon juice

0.25 oz honey syrup

Fine strain into cocktail glass.

1 oz vodka or kirsch

0.5 oz Sevez Honey Lavender Liqueur

0.5 oz Meunier Génépy 'Altitude' Liqueur

0.5 oz lemon juice

1 teaspoon honey syrup

Fine strain into cocktail glass.

Garnish with rosemary sprig.

Gold Rush Riff

Shake with ice:

2 oz bourbon

0.5 oz Sevez Honey Lavender Liqueur

0.25 honey syrup

Pinch kosher salt

Fine strain into double rocks glass over ice.

Express and discard lemon peel.

Golden Contrails

Shake with ice:

1 oz light gold rum

0.33 oz Sevez Honey Lavender Liqueur

0.33 oz honey syrup

0.5 oz lemon juice

0.25 oz lime juice

Fine strain into cocktail coupe.

Top with 2 oz sparkling wine.

Garnish with lime wheel.

Honey Lavender Lemonade

Build in collins glass with ice:

1.5 oz Sevez Honey Lavender

4.5 oz lemonade

Garnish with lemon twist.

Lavender Old Fashioned

Stir with ice:

2 oz bourbon

0.5 oz Sevez Honey Lavender

1 teaspoon rich syrup

1 dash Angostura Bitters

Strain into double rocks glass with ice.

Garnish with orange peel.

Meribel Mule

Build in collins glass:

2 oz vodka

0.75 oz Sevez Honey Lavender

0.5 oz lime juice

4 oz ginger ale

Garnish with lime wheel.

Sevez Spritz

Build in wine glass:

1 oz Sevez Honey Lavender

4 oz dry sparkling wine

Garnish with lemon twist.

Summer of Love Punch

Batch with ice:

8 oz pisco

4 oz Sevez Honey Lavender Liqueur

1 oz pamplemousse grapefruit liqueur

2 oz John D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum

4 oz lime juice

Add to punch bowl over block of ice.

Add 10 oz rose wine.

Garnish with lavender buds and lemon wheels.
