Barbarella

Shake with ice:

1 oz vodka (preferably St. George)

1 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro

0.75 oz lemon juice

0.25 oz simple syrup

Double strain into a chilled flute.

Add:

3-4 oz Cocchi Brachetto d’Acqui

Lemon twist expressed and discarded.
