Union Cocktail

Stir with ice:

2 oz Irish whiskey

1 oz Henriques & Henriques Rainwater Madeira

0.5 oz Amaro Meletti

1 dash orange bitters

1 dash Angostura Bitters

Strain into a coupe.

Garnish with an orange peel.
